IAB - Internet Advertising Bureau

How it Works:

1. Register to become an Affiliate.

2. Login as an Affiliate to your Account and review.

3. Contact us by email to confirm you are a) capable, able, and skilled and have read the Terms and Conditions [email protected]

4. Sell Advertisements in the categories listed below.

5. Ads may be submitted and paid for online immediately with a printable receipt.

6. Payments for ads are accepted online through PayPal, major credit cards, wire transfers, invoices (Corporate)

7. Commissions are payed out through PayPal, Transfer, Check, or Direct.

8. Advertisements are renewable by the advertiser choosing the "subscription option" on the initial purchase of the ad.

9. Ads may be in the following formats: gif, jpg, jpeg, png, swf, videos, MP4.

10. We provide ads in the IAB Standard (Internet Advertising Bureau) which represent 80% of all ad formats. See below.

10. Ad feature listing as a sponsor (in the middle of the page) is available at $4,008 for 240 days. See Sponsor Listing below.

Unique Selling Proposition (USP) Strategy:

1. Sell Sponsor Ads in the main section of the page across 7 countries. For example sell an ad to a company such as: Automobile, Accounting, or Banking, etc. (i.e Toyota, B.D.O. Dunwoody, Morgan Stanley) with ads in each of the 7 countries sold at one time receive 7 x $6,095. = $42,665. for 365 days @ $25% commission = $10,666.

2. Emphasizing the value to customer the of the limited availability highly visible IAB ads in the popular sidebar zones: a) Zone 500 - Half Page Ad 300 x 600, b) Square Button 125px x 125px, c) Medium Rectangle 300px x 250px (Most Popular #1 - IAB) is very important. The value is explained further on in this page.

3. Co-Op Advertising. a) A Sponsor commits to a Sponsor Ad subscription across several countries / pages, b) they agree to further purchase an equivalent 125px x 125px Square Button, a Half Page 300 x 600 Half Page and a Medium Rectangle in the Right Sidebar Area, c) we agree to and purchase, to pay to the advertiser using the funds acquired from the sale of Square Button, Half Page and Medium Rectangle the equivalent in fees to cover the cost of the Sponsor promoting vmtv.co to their employees through such medium as email, or other measurable print media. Accordingly, since both the purchase of the initial Ads and the Co-Op ads are both tax deductible for the Sponsor Advertiser and we are paying for the promotion of the usage of vmtv.co to the employees this becomes a win-win situation.

4. As an Affiliate, on a first come basis, as our visit rate increases so will the price of future ads not purchased. Accordingly you could make even more commissions in the future as we grow.

5. Since the traffic at vmtv.co builds every day the value to the ad purchaser is to lock in their purchase through a subscription. This means that as our visitors per month grow the advertisers exposure per 1,000 views called a ecpm rate goes down. The current eCPM represents the value of $4.68 per 1,000 ad views as a result our flat rates are a bargain. See Calculating the Value of the Advertising below.




Calculating the Value to the Ad Purchaser:

1. The average eCPM / CPM Rate for video ($24.60), mobile ($3.00), general display ($1.90), and premium display ($10.40) — Source: ZenithOptimadia.

2. Average CPMs to rise from $2.66 in 2012 to $4.68 by 2017 — Source: Forrester.

3. All of our ads are premium display ads.

4. If just 1 ad gets 250,000 page views we divide that by 1,000 = 250 (eCPM) x $4.68 (the lower Forester value) = $1,170. in value to the advertiser. Accordingly it is in the best interest of the Advertiser who are almost all major corporations with offices in all 7 countries as listed with us and who do business as and between each other to promote vmtv.co to their employee base.

5. Another key benefit to the Advertiser and their employees is that vmtv.co saves online user time in searching for information, interacting with their regular associates and collegues as 95% of what a person searches for can be found at vmtv.co.

6. Consider the following: If we save the Advertiser's employees just 1 hour per day online searching and the advertiser has 250,000 employees at an average of say $10.00 per hour salary then the benefit is obvious, the cost of the time saved is equal to $2,500,000 dollars, reduced frustration, and better productivity.

7. Also consider that vmtv.co has a page called "Link World" from which the user or / and advertising user's employees not only use us as a portal to jump to 95% of the content at their fingertips they have direct access from vmtv.co using strategically located "hot buttons" to: Google, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, Facebook, Twitter and 32 other major links representing 95% of what a user interacts with daily all without having to leave vmtv.co.
